Artist Friend – Gainesville Florida Museum

Meet an artist friend, and get an overview of her museum show in Gainesville, Florida. Mindy Lighthipe is a Botanical and Natural Science Illustrator. She recently published this wonderful book, Mother Monarch.  Mindy and I met in a workshop online, and have for over a year talked by phone once a week. Mindy lives in New Jersey, and here I am near the other coast in the Palm Springs area. We support each other artistically as we share ideas, trials and tribulations. Mindy’s artwork definitely inspires me. I hope you enjoy learning about this very talented and unique artist…my friend Mindy Lighthipe.
